Indian data centre operator Yotta has announced its plans to increase its order of AI chips from Nvidia, with a total investment value of $500 million. This will bring Yotta’s overall order book with Nvidia to $1 billion. The move comes as Yotta seeks to enhance its AI cloud services.
Yotta CEO, Sunil Gupta, revealed that the order will include approximately 16,000 units of Nvidia’s artificial intelligence chips H100 and GH200 and is set to be placed by March 2025.
