Navitas Semiconductor Names Janet Chou as New CFO

Navitas Semiconductor, a semiconductor company based in Torrance, California, has announced the appointment of Janet Chou as its next Chief Financial Officer. Chou will be taking over from Ron Shelton, who will be pursuing different opportunities starting from March 15.

Janet Chou, an experienced finance professional, will assume the roles of CFO and treasurer upon the filing of Navitas’ 2023 annual report, expected to be completed by the end of February. Prior to joining Navitas, Chou held the position of CFO of global operations at Western Digital and also served as the CFO of JCET Group. She has a strong background in financial management, having previously worked at NXP Semiconductors.

In her new role as CFO, Chou will be responsible for overseeing Navitas Semiconductor’s financial operations and strategy. She is expected to bring her extensive industry knowledge and financial expertise to drive the company’s continued growth and success.

Ron Shelton, who assumed the CFO role in 2022, will be providing guidance to Chief Executive Gene Sheridan and offering support to Janet Chou during the transition period following the filing of the company’s annual report.
