Revolutionary Grill Offers Lightning-Fast Cooking Time

A groundbreaking grill has wowed attendees at CES 2024 with its ability to cook a one-inch-thick ribeye steak in just 90 seconds. The Perfecta, developed by UK-based startup Seergrills, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize outdoor cooking.

The Perfecta stands out from traditional grills due to its unique vertical infrared burners, which cook both sides of the food simultaneously. This not only speeds up the cooking process but also eliminates the need for flipping. With burners that can reach a scorching 1,652 degrees Fahrenheit, the grill ensures that edges are perfectly crispy through 360-degree heating.

Enhancing its smart capabilities, the Perfecta features a built-in AI chef that takes into account the desired doneness and sear level, calculating the ideal cooking time and temperature for each food item. Sensors detect the thickness of the food to prevent over or undercooking, and the burners automatically adjust their position as needed throughout the cooking process.

Seergrills has also prioritized safety and convenience in the design of the Perfecta. Its vertical orientation eliminates flareups, while only smoke and water vapor are exhausted from the top. Fat and grease are collected in a dishwasher-safe drip pan at the bottom. The grill also includes oven and rotisserie modes, providing versatility for cooking dishes like pizza and roasted chicken.

To ensure a seamless user experience, the Perfecta features a touch screen for entering cooking parameters. However, due to its gas-powered burners, the grill requires a 12-volt electrical cord for its onboard electronics.

Seergrills plans to release the Perfecta in Q4 of 2024, with a price tag of $3,500. Early adopters are offered a $1,000 discount for pre-orders made during CES.

As CES 2024 continues to showcase innovative and cutting-edge technology, the Perfecta has undoubtedly caught the attention of grilling enthusiasts looking to elevate their outdoor cooking experiences.
