CEO Found Guilty of Murdering Her Son: A Shocking Crime Shakes Bengaluru

A distressing incident has taken place in Bengaluru, where a 39-year-old CEO and startup founder has been charged with the murder of her four-year-old son. Suchana Seth, the CEO of Mindful AI Lab, was arrested in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district after the police discovered the child’s body in her luggage. The motive behind this gruesome act is yet to be determined.

The crime came to light when housekeeping staff found a bloodstain while cleaning the apartment that Seth had checked out from. This discovery prompted the police to review CCTV footage, which allegedly showed Seth leaving the service apartment without her son. Investigating Inspector Paresh Naik contacted the taxi driver who had transported Seth and questioned her about the whereabouts of her son. Initially, she claimed to have left him at a friend’s house, but the address turned out to be fake.

The investigation took a significant turn when the taxi driver agreed to cooperate with the police. They instructed him to visit a nearby police station, where they discovered the child’s body in a bag inside the car. The accused was apprehended from Chitradurga and brought back to Goa, where she was presented before a court and remanded in police custody.

The accused woman had established herself as a respected figure in the field of AI ethics. She was recognized as one of the top “100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics for 2021” and had an impressive professional background as a data scientist. However, it is now clear that behind this successful façade, a dark and unimaginable crime was being committed.

The motive behind this tragic act remains unclear, and it is now up to the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and interrogate the accused to shed light on this horrifying incident. Regardless of the motives, the loss of a young life is a tragedy that has shocked and saddened the community in Bengaluru. The court proceedings will unfold, and justice will be sought for this innocent child.
