McAfee’s December 2023 Deepfakes Survey revealed that 84% of Americans are worried about deepfake usage in 2024, with 68% expressing more concern than the previous year. Moreover, 33% of respondents have experienced or witnessed a deepfake scam, with younger age groups being more prevalent targets.
